Refund Policy

General

Primepitch is a B2B software platform sold to real estate professionals and agencies. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree that you are acting in a business or professional capacity. This policy governs all purchases made through the Primepitch platform.

As Primepitch delivers digital software services and AI-generated outputs — which are consumed immediately upon processing — all sales are generally final. Refunds are issued only in the specific circumstances described below.

Subscription Plans (Agent & Agency Pro)

Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or quarterly) and are non-refundable for the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — access continues until then.

We will issue a full refund in the following cases only:

  • Platform unavailability — a verified outage or service failure on our end lasting more than 24 continuous hours within a billing period.
  • Duplicate charge — an accidental double-billing caused by a processing error on our side. Contact us within 14 days of the charge.
  • Post-cancellation charge — a charge that occurs after a confirmed cancellation. Contact us within 14 days of the charge.

Dissatisfaction with AI output quality, a change of business needs, or non-use of the platform during a paid period does not constitute grounds for a refund.

One-Time Purchases (Single Listing & 10-Listing Pack)

One-time listing credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire and remain on your account until used. If a credit is consumed and the AI pipeline fails to produce any deliverable due to a verified technical fault, we will restore the credit or reprocess the listing at no additional cost.

Free Trial

Free trials are provided as-is. No charges are applied during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be billed at the applicable subscription rate. Trial-period charges are non-refundable unless a duplicate billing error occurred.

Market Intel Trial Searches

The 5 complimentary Intel searches included with your account are provided at no charge and are not transferable, refundable, or extendable. Each search triggers third-party data and AI costs at the time of execution.

How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request to contact@getprimepitch.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The invoice or charge reference number
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A description of the issue and the remedy requested

We review all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We ask that you contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We respond promptly to billing concerns and resolve legitimate issues without the need for third-party intervention.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is under investigation. Accounts found to have engaged in fraudulent chargeback activity will be permanently terminated.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the account holder. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or business trading legislation.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The current version is always published at this URL. Continued use of Primepitch after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
